Description

Fresh turbot  resulting from marine pond farming in extensive conditions. Continuous water quality monitoring ensuring total traceability.  Intensely pigmented animals resembling wild fish. Cultivar subject to comprehensive sanitary monitoring, certified free of parasites, fungi, salmonella and ab traces. Condition factor K= 1,02%.

Selected individuals within a production programme based on natural feeding targeting for lean animals with low fat levels and maximum palatability.
