Description:

 

High accuracy (±0.1 g) flat fish graders suitable for the careful grading of several pleuronectids (turbot, sole, flounder, halibut, etc.) ranging from 1 g to 3 kg in bodyweight. Grading is essential for the prevention of cannibalism, batch homogeneity and consistent growth rates. Mounting grading strips and roller systems continuously irrigated by water, ensuring the smooth passage of live fish. Portable, light, easily operated machines, built with quality materials guaranteeing their long life with minimal maintenance. The state-of-the-art water intake and elevation devices allow the proper positioning of the fish at all times during the live transport procedure, while keeping output water running continuously at the bottom of the structure.
