In compliance with Public General Act of Parliament 15/1999, concerning the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), Acuinuga SL with VAT nº B-70089750 hereby notifies the User the existence of a computer file named ‘CLIENTS’ registered at the General Registry for Data Protection with number pending classification prepared in order to liaise with Users, Clients and Potential Customers.
Provision and registration of personal data
The provision of personal data is required in order to contact and to receive information on the products and services carried by Acuinuga S.L.
Failure to provide the required personal data or failure to comply with the present private policy shall result in the cancellation of subscription, registration or the prohibition to access information on the products and services carried by Acuinuga S.L.
Accuracy and veracity of data provided
The User is the sole responsible party for the accuracy, veracity and validity of the information provided to Acuinuga S.L. Acuinuga S.L. is only responsible for information prepared or provided by itself.

Acuinuga S.L. shall neither transmit nor facilitate data provided by the User to third parties. Nevertheless, if data provided by the User were to be facilitated and/or transmitted to third parties, the consent by the User shall be dutifully required.

While Acuinuga S.L. endeavours to ensure that the information on the site is correct and truthful, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the User is granted access to the www.acuinuga.com site on an ‘as is’ basis only. Acuinuga S.L. neither guarantees that the site will be uninterrupted or without delay nor that it will be error-free or virus-free. The User accepts that access to the site may be suspended at any time and without notice in the case of systems failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reasons whatsoever, including for reasons beyond Acuinuga S.L. control.

Acceptance and Consent
The User agrees that he/she has been informed about the conditions on personal data protection operating at the www.acuinuga.com site, accepting and consenting to the handling of these data by Acuinuga S.L. in the purpose and finality set out in the present Privacy Policy.
