ACUINUGA S.L. (ACUINUGA), inscribed within the Merchants Registry of A Coruña, Volume 2.173, Sheet 164, General Section, Page C-21.004 and first inscription, with VAT nº B-15673973 and address in Bertamirans (Ames, Santiago de Compostela), Calle Alcalde Lorenzo 1, 1º, Post Code E-15.220, is a Company dedicated to the comprehensive supply of services, technical assistance and products for animal production and nutrition, organized around two main divisions: Aquaculture and Nutrition.

ACUINUGA is the Proprietor of the Internet web site www.acuinuga.com (the SITE), through which it provides a range of services.

The objective of the present document is to establish the general conditions and terms of use of the SITE and for the different services offered by ACUINUGA through it.

The general conditions and terms of use are mandatory for all professionals and companies (USERS) wishing to make use of the current or future uses offered by ACUINUGA through the SITE.

2. USE OF THE WEB SITE, SERVICES AND CONTENTS

The user agrees to use the Web SITE, its contents and offered services in full observance of the law, the generally accepted uses and the public order. ACUINUGA does not provide any guarantee nor accepts any liability whatsoever for the damages or claims of any nature resulting from:
